One of the areas most scenic locations for weddings,
receptions, dinner parties and corporate functions, Oakencroft could
be yours for the evening. Imagine celebrating under a large lovely
white tent, adorned by starry lights, beautiful decorations, gleaming
dance floor and your guests enjoying an evening of good food and
wine.
We rent our courtyard for an evening event from
5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. from May through October and welcome groups
from fifty to two hundred and fifty. Due to our harvest
schedule, we are unable to rent out the facilities during
the month of September. |
The
person renting the winery would
be responsible for the rental of
the tents, caterers, music, clean-up,
etc. We do ask that clean-up is
completed in a timely manner as
we are open to the public 7 days
a week. We can provide you with
names of caterers and tent rentals
that have worked at Oakencroft in
the past. We ask that you use only
Oakencroft wines and you can make
arrangements to taste our award
winning wines before your event.
The facility rental fee for usage
of the winery for an evening is
$2,000.
